1. The CNC angle steel drilling production line is integrated with a fully automated material handling system, including a horizontal feeding conveyor, rotary loading table, automatic feeding unit, and automatic discharge mechanism. All drilling and marking processes are completed within one uninterrupted production cycle without manual operation. This advanced automation significantly reduces labor intensity, enhances production efficiency, and ensures stable and consistent machining performance.

2. The drilling system is equipped with Taiwan-manufactured BT40 high-precision spindles featuring an internal coolant supply, delivering exceptional drilling accuracy, superior machining quality, and prolonged tool life. Six CNC-controlled drilling heads are symmetrically arranged, with three units installed on each side of the angle steel section. When machining holes of identical diameter and equal edge distance, the corresponding drilling heads operate simultaneously, substantially increasing machining efficiency and productivity.

3. The CNC control system provides bilingual Chinese-English operation and incorporates an intuitive Human–Machine Interface (HMI). Engineering drawings can be displayed directly on the control screen, allowing convenient operation, efficient production supervision, and straightforward program validation.

Operators only need to enter essential parameters such as workpiece dimensions, hole diameters, hole spacing, and production quantity, after which the system automatically generates the machining program. It also supports direct import of data from CAD/CAM software and offers full compatibility with TEKLA-generated NC1 files, enabling seamless integration with engineering design and digital manufacturing systems.
